Are patent-secrecy systems used to hide transformative energy inventions to preserve dependence?
The existence of a national-security secrecy process does not establish that independently validated transformative energy inventions are systematically hidden to preserve commercial dependence.
U.S. patent law and USPTO procedures do provide for national-security review and secrecy orders, so the underlying secrecy mechanism is real.
